Lieef’s project level investments focus on predictable cash flows and strong project developers. In both cases we invest in opportunities that utilize technologies which are beyond the PILOT stage or are fully proven.

We seek opportunities where our industry experience allows us to underwrite using a lower cost of capital than prevailing market terms. This is always based on our internal view of risk and investment profile. As a result, we are selective but are not afraid to strongly pursue an opportunity we have strong conviction in.
